Still touched by the encounter, Mr. Samay just couldn’t help but return to the pizzeria. This time, with a surprise gift for Ryheem: a stack of 50 crisp fifty dollar bills totalling $2500!
Ryheem’s eyes welled up with tears as he thanked and warmly hugged Mr. Samay, utterly stunned and overwhelmingly moved by this unparalleled act of generosity and kindness. “This is more than about money. It’s about someone genuinely caring about me”, Ryheem said, struggling with his emotion.
