Cussin’ Cockatoos: Birds of a Feather Swear Together

Ever been trolled by a parrot? Then high-tail it to this London Zoo. Ruffling feathers (literally and figuratively), five naughty chatterboxes peppered visitors with profanity, creating a brouhaha at the traditional kids’ hotspot. Sure to make a sailor blush, these feathered felons were flinging foul language at each other and at the startled guests.

Realizing parrots parroting profanities were not exactly PG-rated family fun, the zoo quickly scrambled to handle the feathered fracas. To protect innocent ears and parental sanity, the zookeepers spirited away these cussin’ culprits to quieter corners of the park.

These salty parrots proved to be the entertaining exception, glad to gab away in the great outdoors. However innocent their intention may have been, laughing off a ‘Cheeky Charlie!’ from a parrot is quite different from an f-bomb – especially when the most significant audience members are tots.

Swearing might put a cheeky grin on some visitors’ faces, but for the parents of impressionable younglings, not so much! With an interesting turn of events, this burst of bird misbehavior momentarily hijacked the zoo’s spotlight, adding a dash of unexpected humor.

Will these cocky cockatoos clean up their language? The zoo’s CEO, Steve Nichols, is optimistic. By shuffling them into more polished parrot populations, he hopes they’ll pick up less colorful phrases. The aim is for the parrots to chirp appropriate conversation amidst the giggles, not ear-blushing expletives.

In the meantime, visit the zoo if you dare, but don’t say we didn’t warn you about the riotous rambunctiousness of these riotous ranters! Just remember, earplugs might be necessary if you want to bear witness to these boisterous birds.
